Qu'Derrick R. Covington's work experience includes serving as the Executive Director for The Tulsa Initiative, Inc., where they are responsible for leading the organization, communicating with the Board of Directors, and fundraising. Qu'Derrick R. has also worked as the Chief Diversity Officer for the Florida Institute of Oceanography, promoting diversity and inclusion in ocean science and developing initiatives for underrepresented communities.
