Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, Dave has grown up with a love of the city and region, eventually attending Ohio State and graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he joined Rockwell Automation where he rotated through a number of roles and locations before eventually moving back to Cleveland full-time in 2015. After 6 years with the company, he looked to his next challenge and joined McKinsey in a generalist consultant role, and has since been focused on helping companies with technology, product management, and growth strategies.
