Alison Lathrop is Managing Director – Corporate Environment and Regulatory Compliance for Delta Air Lines. Alison rejoined Delta in 2019, taking on responsibility for policies and systems governing Delta’s Environmental, Dangerous Goods and DOT Compliance programs, including accessibility for customers with disabilities. Alison was previously in Delta’s Law Department from 2000 to 2008, serving as the company’s environmental attorney.
Alison started her career as an environmental attorney with Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein in Charlotte, North Carolina. Between her roles at Delta, Alison spent 11 years with Georgia-Pacific, where she served as Chief Counsel, directing and managing legal strategy on environmental matters, with a focus on water, waste and large-scale environmental remediation and development projects. During this time, Alison represented Georgia-Pacific on the Corporate Environmental Enforcement Council, serving as treasurer and chair.
