Diego Ugalde is a seasoned executive and military veteran with extensive experience in leadership and coaching. As the CEO of The Trident Approach since July 2017, Diego has guided initiatives focused on transformative methodologies. Additionally, as a Psychedelic Integration Coach at Heroic Hearts Project since May 2022, Diego supports individuals in their healing journeys. Previously, Diego served for 15 years in the US Navy, culminating as a Senior Chief Petty Officer in Naval Special Warfare, where responsibilities included executing clandestine missions and managing strategic initiatives involving NATO partnerships. Diego’s earlier career also includes roles as a paramedic and bartender, reflecting a commitment to personal interactions and community service. Diego holds multiple professional certifications, including in MDMA Assisted Therapy and Transformational Recovery.
