Michelle Capuano is currently a Senior Director Team Lead in Business Insurance at Travelers since April 2015. Prior to that, Michelle worked as a Product Director at AIX Group (Hanover) from June 2014 to April 2015. Michelle has extensive experience in different roles at Travelers from February 2007 to June 2014, including Director positions in Operating Model Platform Strategy and Select Product and Underwriting. Before that, Michelle worked at lia sophia as a Sales Advisor and at Hartford Direct as an Account Manager. Michelle graduated from Roger Williams University in 2000.
