Annie Cahill currently serves as the Senior Experience Design Research Lead at Travelers since February 2024. Prior to this role, Annie held several positions at Cronin, including Director of Experience Strategy, Manager of Qualitative Insights, and Experience Strategist from March 2019 to February 2024. Annie's earlier experience includes serving as Support Manager at Digital Loom from February 2018 to January 2019 and working as an Information Architect/UX Designer at Smith College from September 2008 to February 2018. Annie's educational background includes studies at Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2004-2005 and a degree from Oberlin College obtained from 1994 to 1998.
