Vrinda Menon is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since August 2018, focusing on Operations and Client Services. In addition, Menon has been a Board Member at The Transition Network since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Menon held the position of Managing Director in Operations Engineering at Goldman Sachs from August 2004 to July 2018, overseeing global operations related to Margin & Collateral Management, Client On-boarding, Funding and Liquidity, Payments, Client Asset Protection, and Ledgers. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Project Executive at IBM from April 2001 to July 2004. Menon holds a Master of Science in Software Systems and a Master of Management Studies, both from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
