Chaithra Omkar is currently working at The Timken Company as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Demand Planning, focusing on market trend analysis and customer demand forecasting since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Solution Engineer in Robotic Process and Automation at Avaali Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where responsibilities involved understanding customer requirements and responding to RFPs. Chaithra also served as Major Incident Manager at Unisys, coordinating incident management processes and change management. Previous internships include roles in human resources recruitment at Aashman Foundation, project work at Samashti Foundation focused on agricultural dialogues, and research on fatigue reduction at Ashok Leyland. Chaithra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, completed in 2022.
