Ben Anderson is a skilled reporter currently working at The Times in Gainesville, GA, since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Editor-in-Chief for The Globe, the student newspaper, where Ben led the news team, mentored staff, and published significant stories, including two based on FOIA documents. Additionally, Ben held the role of Managing Editor, focusing on developing in-depth reporting and revamping print design. An internship at Rainbow Village Inc. provided experience in nonprofit journalism, where Ben conducted interviews, wrote profile pieces, and contributed to a grant application that secured funding. Ben holds a degree in English (Writing and Rhetoric) with a minor in Business Administration from Georgia Gwinnett College.
