Ailbhe Beirne currently serves as Group Managing Director at The Tenth Man since May 2021, following a significant role as Managing Partner (Director of Operations) at ROTHCO | Accenture Interactive from September 2016 to April 2021. Ailbhe was instrumental in the post-acquisition integration with Accenture and in implementing innovative operational systems. Previous positions include Senior Account Director at Target McConnells, where Ailbhe managed key accounts for major clients, and various roles at Ogilvy & Mather and Cawley Nea \ TBWA, including Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Advertising from Technological University Dublin and a Higher National Diploma in Architecture & Design from Coláiste Dhulaigh.
