Eileen Murphy is a seasoned professional in business affairs and compliance with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Affairs, Audit & Compliance at The TEAM Companies, Inc. since July 2015, Eileen specializes in SAG AFTRA and AFM Collective Bargaining Agreements as well as the ACTRA National Agreement. Eileen provides expertise in cost advising and budgeting for commercials, digital, and print work involving talent and licensing issues. Prior to this role, Eileen spent nearly three decades at Talent Partners, where positions included Senior Advisor Industry Consultant, and various client service management roles. Eileen has designed and facilitated industry seminars on union contracts and talent business affairs, showcasing a strong commitment to client advisory and education.
