Tamay Oudhof is a skilled digital designer currently immersed in a two-year program at The Talent Institute, focusing on creating impactful user experiences through collaboration with various companies. Previous roles include business consultant at Valcon and workshop facilitator at hii, where methodologies of creative facilitation and positive psychology were employed to aid student development. Tamay developed the Future Framing Method during a graduation project at TU Delft, which emphasizes co-creation and AI integration in envisioning future scenarios. Earlier positions include junior project leader at The Future Mobility Network, visual consultancy intern at Public Cinema, research assistant at TU Delft, and a customer service representative at Arvato Bertelsmann. Tamay holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Twente. Educational background also includes completing VWO at IJburg College.
