Chris McNair is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at The Student Room Group since June 2023. Previously, Chris held the position of Account Director at Arke from December 2022 to June 2023 and returned to The Student Room Group, where a significant tenure spanned from June 2009 to December 2022, including roles as Customer Success Manager and Client Services Manager. Chris began the career at The Guardian as a Guardian Careers Intern in September 2009. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Coventry University between 2006 and 2009.
