Matthew Keenan is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at The Stellix Group, Matthew is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and oversees all aspects of the People Function. Previously, Matthew held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at NECI, where leadership was provided for the HR function in the digital automation and life sciences sectors. Matthew's prior roles at Dassault Systèmes included Sr. Director of HR for different divisions, where responsibilities included transforming talent acquisition and HR strategy. With a strong background in staffing management and HR consulting, including ownership and partnership roles in the staffing industry, Matthew's educational foundation includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College.
