William H. is an experienced professional in the field of technology and education. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Lead Programmer Analyst at The State University of New York SICAS Center since September 2016, William H. has also been an Adjunct Lecturer of Computer Science at SUNY Oneonta since January 2017. Previous roles include Faculty Technology Assistant and Student Technology Associate at Hartwick College from September 2012 to August 2016. William H. holds a Master of Science in Information Design & Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Business Administration from Hartwick College.
