Bridget Kirkwood, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Springs Living, LLC since June 2018, Bridget has also held positions as Compensation & Benefits Manager and HR Generalist within the same organization. Prior to this, Bridget worked as an HR Specialist (Generalist) at VersaLogic Corporation from July 2015 to June 2018, focusing on managing daily HR operations and supporting high-level strategic tasks. Bridget's early career included a seven-year tenure at Starbucks, where skills were developed as a certified Barista Trainer, shift supervisor, and coffee master. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Portland State University, completed in 2015, and attended Western Oregon University from 2008 to 2012.
