Susan Pruitt is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager currently holding positions at The Springs Events and The Wedding Source since December 2022. Previously, Susan served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at The Springs Events for a brief period in December 2022. Prior to this, Susan had a diverse background in operations and finance, working as the Director of Finance at Willow Creek Construction from October 2018 to February 2021. Additionally, at THE SPRINGS Event Venue, Susan progressed through various roles from Assistant Manager to General Manager and ultimately served as Regional Operations Manager from June 2012 to September 2018, overseeing operations and sales for multiple venue locations. Susan is an alumna of the University of Arizona.
