Rafa Carballo possesses extensive experience in leadership and the beauty industry. As the Principal CEO of D'RAFA LLC since February 2019, Rafa has led business operations and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Rafa has served as a Manager and Barber at The Spot Barbershop since December 2017, showcasing expertise in barbering. Rafa's educational background includes a Melanoma Awareness course from Eyes on Cancer in 2017, a Barbering degree from Beauty Schools of America-Homestead (2012-2013), and a degree in Music Performance with a focus on Professional Singing and Choir Direction from ENA, a national school of art in Cuba (1991-1994).
