Siân Kelly is an experienced consultant and analyst at The Sports Consultancy since August 2022. Previously, Siân held the role of Account Executive and Graduate at InCrowd from June 2021 to August 2022, and served as the Women and Girls Development Officer for Cricket Argentina from August 2018 to June 2021, leading initiatives to grow women's cricket in Argentina alongside coaching and training activities. Additional experience includes community engagement and content editing at TheMindCo, a role as a volunteer with equitysport, and business development and sales roles at SM Cricket (UK) Ltd. Siân also contributed as a strategy consultant for The Mind Company, developed educational programs at The Brilliant Club, taught English at Universidad Chileno-Británica de Cultura, and was Vice President of the student union at St Catherine's College, University of Oxford. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sport Management from Johan Cruyff Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Linguistics from the University of Oxford.
