Jim Taylor currently serves as the Director of Franchise Sales at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, focusing on expanding franchise operations. With extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, Jim has held prominent roles, including President of Taylor Investment Properties Inc. and Managing Director at Pacific Coast Commercial. Jimā€™s leadership experience includes serving as the Immediate Past President of the Commercial Realtors Alliance of San Diego and various positions with the National Association of REALTORSĀ®, where contributions were made to commercial leadership and advocacy for property rights. Additionally, Jim co-founded SVN Asset Advisory Group, where significant involvement in full-service commercial brokerage was established.
