Janelle Daubert (Biehl) is a seasoned professional in product development and management, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and Product Development Manager at The Spearhead Group, Inc. since March 2021. With extensive experience in overseeing the VAP program category, Janelle manages the entire project process from development to delivery, ensuring effective communication between manufacturers and clients. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager of Product Development & Innovation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where Janelle contributed to product development for La Mer and played an active role in sustainability initiatives. Additional roles at Smashbox Cosmetics included developing foundations and skincare products, with a focus on innovation through 3D printing. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and an Associate of Arts in Beauty Industry Merchandising and Marketing from FIDM.
