Tom Gladstone is a seasoned professional in the sports industry with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as Co-Founder at The Space Between Sports since September 2020, Tom exhibits entrepreneurial leadership. Prior roles include Head of ENGINE Sport and Partner at ENGINE from February 2019 to September 2020, and Director of Consulting at Synergy Global from February 2010 to February 2019. Tom also held positions at IMG, including Account Director in the Consulting Division and Sponsorship Executive in the Football Division, from April 2002 to February 2010. Tom's academic background includes an MA (Hons) in History from The University of Edinburgh, completed between 1997 and 2001, following earlier education at University College School in London from 1991 to 1996.
