Monica Millians Aaron is a seasoned marketing and event planning professional with extensive experience across various roles in business development, event coordination, and marketing. Currently serving as Marketing Business Development Manager and previously as Business Development Coordinator at The Southern Credit Union since May 2013, Monica focuses on generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with employer groups and community contacts. As the Certified Balloon Artist and Owner of A Balloon Affair since 2002, Monica specializes in creating unique balloon decorations for events while managing marketing strategies. Previous experience includes partnering in event planning at Prime Time Eventz LLC, where Monica organized fundraising and corporate events, and coordinating signature events at the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce. Monica began the career as a Marketing Assistant at Cumberland Mall, contributing to public relations and marketing campaigns. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University.
