Michelle Donnell Adzhemyan, FACHE has accumulated extensive experience in healthcare transformation, strategy, and performance improvement roles. Michelle has held various leadership positions at organizations such as The Southeast Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Permanente, Dignity Health, Providence Health & Services, Sutter Health, Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, and Resurrection Health Care. Michelle's expertise includes process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, innovation, and project management, resulting in significant cost savings and revenue enhancement within healthcare settings.

Michelle Donnell Adzhemyan, FACHE earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Biology from St. Olaf College in 2004. Michelle then pursued a Master's in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota, completing their degree in 2006. In 2013, Michelle Donnell Adzhemyan obtained the certification of Fellow from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
