Jay Parmley is an experienced political leader with a robust background in party management and campaign strategy. Serving as Executive Director for the South Carolina Democratic Party and the Alaska Democratic Party, Jay has demonstrated significant leadership in various roles, including Campaign Director at South Forward and Executive Director at the North Carolina Democratic Party. Jay co-founded South Forward and has held several positions with the Democratic National Committee, including State Party Liaison. With prior leadership as Chairman and Executive Director of the Oklahoma Democratic Party and experience in higher education administration, Jay possesses a comprehensive understanding of public administration, supported by degrees from the University of Oklahoma and Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.
