MaryJane Olivares began their work experience as a Milieu Counselor at Villa Santa Maria in April 2017 and held the position until February 2020. MaryJane then worked as a Treatment Coordinator at The New Mexico Boys & Girls Ranch starting in February 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Mental Health Counselor at The Soho Center for Mental Health Counseling, where they started in May 2021.

MaryJane Olivares completed their Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from New York University, from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of New Mexico, from 2016 to 2020.
