Thomas Hardyman is currently the Head of Finance and Operations at The Social Mobility Foundation since February 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Operations Director at All Saints Church in Peckham from December 2016 to February 2022. Before that, Thomas worked as a Department Manager Retail Support at Waitrose from September 2009 to December 2016.
