Tineke Lambooy is an advisor at The Social Handshake and a former postdoctoral researcher and associate professor at Nyenrode Business University and Universiteit Utrecht. Her research interests include corporate social responsibility, mergers and acquisitions, business and human rights, and sustainability in corporate law and financial law. Tineke has been a member of the Utrecht University Expert Group on Business and Human Rights and is the co-chief editor of International and Comparative Company Law Journal.

Tineke Lambooy earned a Master in Law (LL.M.) from Leyden University in The Netherlands and Baylor University Texas. Tineke also attended gymnasium B at Rijnlands Lyceum.
