Allal Amhaz is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Cluster Director of Human Resources at The Smallville Hotel since April 2024, Allal previously held the role of Human Resources Manager and Acting Operation Manager at HMH - Hospitality Management Holding from May 2018 to April 2024. Prior to that, Allal spent a decade at Marriott International in various HR positions, including Assistant Manager Human Resources and HR & Training Supervisor, where impactful initiatives such as a new onboarding process were implemented. Beginning a career in hospitality at the Beirut Marriott Hotel, Allal's expertise encompasses guest service, training, and operational management. Allal holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Lebanese University.
