It was love at first sight when Mallory McGrail discovered the field of hospitality. Hired as a Reservations Agent at the Signature Room, Mallory quickly found herself enchanted by her opportunity to create spectacular memories for dining room guests. Her expertise, passion and dedication to provide an excellent guest experience are what carried her into a position on the Private Dining Sales Team. Serving as the private dining coordinator, Mallory began to fine-tune her knowledge of the food & beverage industry before she was promoted to Sales Manager in January of 2018.

Early in her career, Mallory was amazed by all the moving parts of a fine dining establishment and learned the importance of quality communication and organization. Mallory believes in a strong core team dedicated to meeting client needs and surpassing expectations--while adding a personal touch. She is proud to be part of a team that embodies these values and strides to provide a welcoming and truly memorable dining experience, complete with delicious food and exquisite views.
