Tim James has over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. Tim started their career at AmericInn Lodge & Suites in 1999, where they worked as the General Manager for 10 years. In 2009, they joined The Siegel Group as the Director of Hotel Operations. Tim then joined Wingate by Wyndham in 2014, where they served as both the General Manager and the Director of Hotel Operations. Tim recently joined Sandatone Hospitality Group in 2018 as the VP of Hotel Operations.

Tim James attended Northern State University from 1997 to 1999, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. Following that, from 2000 to 2002, they enrolled at the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, where they obtained a degree in CLM (Certified Lodging Manager) with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management.
