Rachel Morfee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management. Currently serving as the People and Performance Manager and Business Development Manager at The Shore Group since March 2021, Rachel focuses on developing payroll products and expanding business opportunities, particularly for Boost Pay, while also providing payroll and tax advisory services. Prior to this role, Rachel spent over twenty-three years at American Express, holding multiple leadership positions including Director of Business Development and Head of Centurion Relationship Manager. Rachel's career began after completing education at Varndean School from 1990 to 1995.
