Since July 2013, Emanuele has been working at The Shilla Hotels & Resorts, bringing expertise and creativity to various culinary offerings. Prior to this role, Emanuele honed skills at Ristorante Timé from September 2000 to June 2013, where culinary talents were developed and refined.
