Michael Klebau is a Robotics Engineer and former Product Line Engineer at The Shepherd Color Company, where responsibilities included overseeing the Yellow/Brown Color Group and managing Firing Assets. Prior experience at ILSCO Corporation involved roles as a Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on machinery and process problem-solving, and as a Quality Engineer, where Michael oversaw quality activities in the Aluminum Machined Parts Department and maintained statistical process control software. As a Product Development Co-op, contributions included designing aluminum connectors and improving tooling designs. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, obtained in 2016.
