Kathy Rondon is an experienced professional currently serving as a Board Member for Hedgepig Ensemble Theatre and as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University, along with a position on the Member Leadership Board at The University of Alabama College of Arts and Sciences and as a member of the Board of Trustees and Learning Committee Lead at Shakespeare Theatre Company. Prior roles include Chief Business Strategist at The Reports & Requirements Company (R2C), Vice President of Talent Management at Buchanan & Edwards, Inc., and founder/COO of REPORTS AND REQUIREMENTS COMPANY. Kathy has also contributed as an independent consultant and provided contract collection management services at SpecTal. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Alabama and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from American University.
