Alyce Gorch is an experienced creative operations professional currently serving as the Director of Creative Operations at The Shade Store since September 2024. Previously, Alyce held multiple roles at MillerKnoll, including Senior Project Manager for Global Marketing and Creative Operations and Project Manager for Millerknoll Retail from May 2020 to September 2024. Alyce also worked at Design Within Reach as Senior Project Manager in Creative Services and as Project Manager in the same department from May 2015 to May 2020. Early career experience includes managerial positions in premedia and pre-press at Victoria’s Secret & Co. from May 2006 to May 2015 and a freelance consulting role for Limited Brands/Victoria's Secret Direct Media in 2005-2006. Alyce holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
