Vicki Pidgeon is an experienced professional in workplace health and safety and human resources, currently serving as a Work Health and Safety Advisor and People and Culture Advisor at The Sexual Assault & Family Violence Centre since January 2022. Vicki founded Alitheia and led the organization from June 2017 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at OCA Group from February 2015 to July 2016, and at QIAGEN from October 2008 to February 2015. Vicki holds a Diploma of Business/Human Resource Management from Box Hill Institute of Tafe, completed between 2001 and 2002, and is pursuing a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety at The Gordon, anticipated to finish in December 2024.
