Melina Ifill is an experienced esthetician and spa professional with a diverse background in the wellness and beauty industry. Currently serving as an Esthetician at Valmont for The Spa At The Setai since November 2019, Melina follows established procedures and educates guests and colleagues on services and products. Previously, Melina held dual roles at The Setai, Miami Beach, first as Spa Supervisor assisting the Spa Director with operations while also providing treatments, and later as Spa Coordinator recognized for exceptional guest satisfaction. Earlier experience includes working as an Esthetician at Equinox, focusing on member education in self-care, and as a Personnel Administration Specialist at Serco - North America, managing military documentation. Melina began the career in the spa industry as a Spa Coordinator at Serenity Day Spa and Salon and also garnered retail experience as a Sales Specialist at bebe stores. Melina holds an Associate's degree in Art/Art Studies from Hair Design Institute.
