Stephen Demanovich is an accomplished professional currently serving as Vice President of Service Operations at Albireo Energy since May 2023 and a member of the Advisory Board for Service Councilâ„¢. With extensive experience at KONE Americas from November 2016 to May 2023 as Continuous Improvement Leader, Stephen implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, achieving over $2M in savings through transformational initiatives. Prior roles at Trane spanned from August 1999 to November 2016, including positions such as Service Sales Operations Leader and Program Manager, where strategic oversight and process improvement were key responsibilities. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Southern College.
