Paul Whitelam serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Field Service Management at Salesforce. With significant expertise in the technology sector, Paul is also a member of the Technology Advisory Board at Service Councilâ„¢ and holds a position as a Board Member at SAFEbuilt. Previously, Paul was Chief Marketing Officer at ClickSoftware and served as Senior Director for Search & Places at HERE Technologies. Paul Whitelam holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Management Studies and French from the University of Reading and has studied at EM Strasbourg Business School.
