Bulent Cinarkaya currently serves as the GM of Field Service Management at ServiceNow, leading the FSM Business Unit since June 2021. Cinarkaya is also a Technology Advisory Board Member at Service Councilâ„¢, focusing on education and networking for service management executives. Previously, Cinarkaya held several senior positions at Salesforce, including SVP of Product Management for Service Cloud and SVP of Industry Products. Further experience includes leadership roles at Kony, Inc., Oracle, and SAP, where significant contributions were made in product management across various cloud and enterprise solutions. Cinarkaya co-founded a successful Internet Service Provider in Turkey and began a career in academia as a research and teaching assistant at Istanbul Technical University, holding both MS and BS degrees from the institution.
