Jipson K Roy is a dedicated caregiver currently employed at The Selwyn Foundation since August 2019, providing essential support to clients in activities of daily living. Prior to this role, Jipson gained experience as a process worker at Inghams Group Limited and as marketing staff at Sustain Energy Solutions, a New Zealand insulation company, where responsibilities included boosting sales as part of a small team. Jipson's career began at Shiyas Traders, where initial work in sales and marketing led to a team leadership position. Jipson holds a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management from Wintec and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from Mahatma Gandhi University in India.
