Dwight Whitney is a seasoned content specialist with extensive experience in writing and communication across various sectors. Currently serving as a Content Specialist at The Selwyn Foundation since September 2018, Dwight focuses on topics related to ageing and wellbeing. In addition to this role, Dwight has been a writer, storyteller, content creator, and brand consultant at Trinity Communications since September 2010, contributing to the Business Mentors New Zealand initiative. Previous experience includes roles as an editor and contributor at Tangible Media, a consultant at DDB and Sovereign, and a senior writer for Metro Magazine, where a distinctive writing style was pioneered. Dwight holds advanced degrees in Communication Policy and Planning from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and The East-West Centre, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Psychology, and Classical English from The University of Auckland.
