Thahmid Zuberi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Concordia University and has extensive experience in the field of Genesys technologies. Currently serving as a Genesys Infrastructure Engineer at The Select Group since September 2022, Thahmid provides technical expertise in the architectural development of Genesys Contact Centres. Previously, Thahmid worked as a Senior Software Engineer at York Digital Consulting Inc., focusing on migrating on-premise call center platforms to the cloud, and held the position of Senior Technical Analyst - Genesys at Sun Life, where responsibilities included maintaining Genesys call centres. Additional roles include serving as a Genesys Application Developer at IBM and as a Genesys Application Specialist at Bell, contributing significantly to client support and architectural development throughout a progressive career in the technology sector.
