Lyanna Pate is currently the Sales Manager at The Scout Guide. Prior to this, they were the Regional Director of Admissions & Marketing at Paul Mitchell the School-Fort Myers from March 2020 to July 2021. From June 2013 to February 2020, they were the Enrollment & Marketing Leader at Paul Mitchell the School Greenville. Lyanna also worked as a Customer Service & Sales Specialist at T-Mobile from October 2010 to November 2011 and as a Media Relations Apprentice at Spoleto Festival USA from May 2010 to June 2010. Pate's internships include positions at the City of Charleston in Cultural Affairs and Jim Dyke & Associates in Communications. Lyanna has also held student worker and ambassador positions at the College of Charleston.

Lyanna Pate has completed a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Charleston, with a concentration in Communication and Media Studies.

They are on a team with Jackie Brandmaier - Enablement Manager, Emily Moore - Franchise Development Manager, and Emily Jean Rosser - Digital Content Manager & Brand Photographer. Their manager is Susie Matheson, Co-Founder.
