Ileen joined Schlesinger Group when the company acquired Focus Pointe Global in 2019. She began her career in marketing research as Vice President in 1993, where she helped to grow FPG from a single facility to a national recruiting and facility network. Her philosophy is that each and every client and project is unique, so approaches planning and execution from the perspective of individual projects and clients. Ileen thrives finding solutions to fit objectives and budgets, incorporating new methods and technologies, including online usability and neuro labs, online focus groups, discussion boards, and mobile ethnographies.
