Ole Schaper is an experienced professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as Mobile Director and Head of Studio at The Sandbox since January 2023, where the focus is on creating blockchain-based voxel gaming experiences. Prior to this role, Ole co-founded and led Sviper as CEO from July 2016 to September 2024, emphasizing high-quality mobile game development. Ole's career includes notable positions such as Product Head and Technical Product Lead at InnoGames GmbH, where contributions were made to the successful title Forge of Empires, and CEO & CTO at Splitscreen Studios GmbH, which developed the award-winning action MMORPG Pirate Galaxy.
