Phillip Lund currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for The Salvation Army Chicago Metropolitan Division, a position held since August 2016. Prior to this role, Phillip worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Feeding America from August 2008 to August 2016, overseeing human resource functions for a network of over 200 food banks. Phillip's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare from 2001 to 2008, Senior HR Manager at Peoples Energy from June 1992 to July 2001, and Training and Development Specialist at Jesse Brown VA from July 1985 to March 1991. Phillip holds an MBA in Human Resources from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, an MSW in Social Work/Counseling from Loyola University Chicago, and a BSW in Social Work/Counseling from Valparaiso University.
