Johannes G Ruof is an experienced Airport Infrastructure Specialist currently working at The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority, where responsibilities include overseeing the rehabilitation of Hewanorra International Airport's runway and fire-fighting facility as part of a USD 45M World Bank funded project. Previously, Johannes held leadership roles, such as Senior Project Manager for UCC-Bahadir-Tedeschia Joint Venture managing the Western Taxiway and Stand Development Project, and EVP of EPC Airports & Infrastructure at Megawide, facilitating expansion into various infrastructure sectors. Additional experience includes Project Director for high-profile airport development projects in Abu Dhabi, and Senior Resident Engineer and Project Manager at Halcrow International Partnership for Sharjah International Airport. Johannes has also contributed to numerous infrastructural improvements and emergency repair programs across the Caribbean and possesses a degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
