Andy Duane is an accomplished operations and culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Director of Technology at Saint Louis Club since April 2019, Andy has previously held positions as Corporate Culinary Director at both So Hospitality Group and Drunken Fish, overseeing back-of-house processes and hiring management for multiple establishments. Additionally, Andy's background includes serving as Assistant General Manager at The Melting Pot Restaurants, where responsibilities encompassed both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, as well as bar management. Andy's career began at Farotto's & Villa Farotto as a manager from January 2004 to September 2010. Education was attained at St. Louis Community College.
